In partnership with national home builder Pulte Homes, McHenry Pointe was one of the largest new townhome developments in the city of Baltimore in years. When finished, McHenry Pointe was one of the most sought after areas to live. Demand exceeded even Pulte Homes most aggressive sales forecasts. The project went on to become a model of how innovated design and architecture can be produced on a national level.
