FHL was a truly a groundbreaking project of its time. The conversion of the fabled Southway Bowling Center to New York-style lofts, required an incredible attention to detail and extensive hands on work with the surrounding community.

The breath taking lofts were so well received; it was hard to keep up with the demand of the selectively released homes. Enormous floor plans and vast windows flooded each home with light, showcasing the transformation of an aging icon, into the hottest new address in town.
